Ian was incredible! I needed a local tow in Preston to a mechanic and he gave me the price upfront, organised with the mechanic so everyone’s on the same page, arrived first thing in the morning, jumped my battery which I did not yet even realise I needed without hesitation or stress and sent me photos and updates all the way.
